    Welcome to Liwan Q8. By dining with us, making a reservation, or using our services (in-person or online), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Reservations

    • Reservations can be made via phone, Instagram, or in person.

    • We kindly ask guests to arrive on time. Reservations will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes.

    • For large groups (6+), a deposit or pre-order may be required.

    2. Cancellations & No-Shows

    • Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance for cancellations.

    • Frequent no-shows may result in limited future booking privileges.

    3. Dine-In Policy

    • Outside food or drinks are not allowed.

    • Appropriate dress and respectful behavior are required at all times.

    • Children are welcome but must be supervised.

    4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

    • Guests with food allergies must inform our staff before ordering.

    • While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens due to shared kitchen equipment.

    5. Takeaway & Delivery

    • Menu availability for takeaway or delivery may vary.

    • Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by weather or traffic conditions.

    6. Payment

    • We accept cash, KNET, and major credit cards.

    • Prices include VAT where applicable.

    • Service charges may apply for large groups or private events.

    7. Privacy

    • Any personal data collected for reservations or orders will be used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared without your consent.

    8. Liability

    • Liwan Q8 is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises.

    9. Changes to Terms

    • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted in-store and/or on our social media pages.
